Cake Information

Cakes 

       Every cake is unique and special, therefore I devote my time and attention to make it the best.  Cakes come in any types and sizes, from regular round cakes to 3D cakes, and depending on your desire and vision for the cake, we would choose how dense the cake needs to be to hold the shape.  Please see the cake flavors and fillings below for more information. 

Cake Flavors:

if the flavor is not mentioned just ask =) I will try anything 

  • vanilla
  • chocolate
  • strawberry
  • butter pecan
  • chocolate chips
  • marble
  • peanut butter
  • pumpkin

 

Cake Fillings: 

  • old fashioned custard filling - various flavors - there is no limit 
  • chocolate or white chocolate mousse filling
  • cream cheese filling or frosting for cupcakes
  • parisian filling - chocolate, peanut butter, haselnut, etc
  • butter cream - various flavors

Other options include :

  • fresh fruit 
  •  chocolate with strawberries or bananas
  • pinneapple with vanilla filling
  • vanilla waffers soaked in your favorite liquor or coffee in between cake layers

 

Cake Icings or Coverings:

I make my own marshmallow fondant, which tastes amazing.  Most of my cakes are covered in this tasty fondant and decorated with objects made from fondant or gum paste.

 

Other options are:

  • chocolate ganache frosting
  • butter cream
  • chocolate glaze
  • homemade whipcream

Cupcakes Fun

Cupcakes are lots of fun and can be in any flavor you would like. They can be simple cupcakes with frosting or more complicated cupcakes with a toppers. Toppers can be chocolates (made to order) or fondant decorations like flowers, etc. , which would be an extra cost, or you could provide your own cupcake toppers. 

 

Cake Pops or Cake Truffles

My new fun with cake and frosting. I have discovered these just looking around and found them to be yummy and fun way to eat a cake.

These little guys are an awesome combination of cake, frosting and chocolate. Can you ask for more? They can have different shape and size and could be eaten as truffles or as a pop. There is not limit to imagination with these.  In many cases you can add favorite liquor (baileys, kahula, spiced rum...) or fruit mixes for the taste.
